How are Snarkopus products manufactured?

We maintain manufacturing, supply chain, and fulfillment partners who fabricate, customize, and ship our products. These relationships allow us to provide the highest quality to our customers.

What are typical shipping costs and delivery times?

In most cases, your order will be processed within 2-5 days and shipped using the method selected at checkout.

For cards and stationery, flat rate shipping is $5 per order.

For your planning purposes, expect your products to arrive about a week after you complete your order.

What do I do if my purchased product arrives damaged?

Our supply chain partners have agreed to replace or refund any product that contains a manufacturing defect.

The process is simple.

  1. Snap a photo or several photos of the damaged area. Make sure to display the defect clearly.
  2. Create a customer service ticket from the Customer Service tab in My Account.
  3. Tell us if you’d like to ask for a replacement or a refund, and upload the photo(s) of the damage.
  4. We’ll reach out to the manufacturer with your request, and keep you updated!

How do I change my profile picture?

Your profile picture is set automatically using your social accounts.

If you login via Facebook, your Facebook profile picture will be saved as your Snarkopus profile picture. If you use a Gmail email address and have saved a profile picture to your Google+ account, your Google+ profile picture will be saved as your Snarkopus profile photo, too.
